Practicing Self-Partnership
Connecting to yourself to sustain yourself
- —Practice paying avid attention to ourselves
- —Hone our curiosity and capacity for choice
- —Re-pattern how we perceive and respond to ourselves
Workshops and training that address burnout, disconnection, and team breakdown — so your people can slow down, reconnect to themselves, and show up for the work that matters.

Most professional development bypasses the human underneath. That ignores the most important resource your people have — themselves. I help teams renew their relationship to themselves and each other, so the work they care about becomes sustainable again.

Renewal involves going inward to build the internal and relational capacity that sustains the work. It starts with a choice — to prioritize people. From there, we slow things down enough to start paying attention to ourselves and how we operate. Then, we learn tools and practices that create a multitude of possibilities for our next step.
“Let's close the gap between who we want to be and how we show up.”
We get crystal clear with what your people want for themselves.
We learn how to become avid noticers of how we perceive, speak, and behave.
We build an intentional relationship between us and our most important resource — ourselves.
We hone our curiosity and capacity for choice, building intuition with repetition.
When all four elements are in place, renewal becomes integrated in who we are.

Workshops can be customized to your organization, delivered virtually or in person, and offered in packages for ongoing engagements.
Many of the leaders I work with want to bring renewal to their organizations and also need a thinking partner for their own. One-on-one coaching is available for executives, founders, and practitioners ready to integrate what they know with how they live and lead.

For over 15 years I've guided people and organizations across various backgrounds and industries to connect to their inherent value, center themselves, and show up in the world as who they truly want to be. Personally, I've committed myself to a life of transformation and being free and now want those possibilities to be available to anyone else who chooses them, too. I hold a Master's in Adult Development and have trained with the Rockwood Leadership Institute, the Embodiment Institute, the Social Justice Training Institute, and the Landmark Forum.
